Do you offer orthodontics for adults?

Yes. We provide orthodontic care for both teens and adults. Many adults choose treatment to straighten teeth they have wanted to address for years.

What orthodontic options do you offer?

Depending on your situation, treatment may include braces, straight-wire orthodontics, Invisalign clear aligners, palatal expanders, retainers, or space maintainers.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

During your evaluation, Dr. King examines your bite and alignment and explains which options would work best for your goals and your smile.

What happens after orthodontic treatment?

After teeth are aligned, a retainer holds them in their new position. We fabricate retainers, including Essix retainers, in our in-house lab. If any teeth need repair along the way, we also provide restorative care.

Braces and straight-wire orthodontics

For teens and adults, traditional braces and straight-wire orthodontics move teeth into alignment over time. Dr. King has training in straight-wire and SureSmile orthodontic techniques.

Invisalign clear aligners

For patients who prefer a more discreet option, Invisalign uses a series of clear, removable aligners to gradually straighten teeth. Dr. King provides Invisalign treatment and will help determine whether it is a good fit for your case.

Palatal expanders

A palatal expander gently widens the upper jaw to create space and correct the bite, often used in younger patients while the jaw is still developing.

Retainers and space maintainers

Retainers hold teeth in their new position after orthodontic treatment, and space maintainers preserve room for teeth that have not yet come in. Our in-house lab fabricates appliances such as Essix retainers.
